Arouse your senses in this Herbalicious workshop, where you will taste, arrange, grow, plant and learn how to propagate Herbs and go home with a wide selection of newly potted and arranged plants!
Herbs are some of the most versatile plants on the planet and we will teach you how to enjoy all they have to offer. We will have different teas of fresh and dried Herbs to taste and will explain how best to dry Herbs and what Herbs are known to have what properties, as well as meaning. For example, did you know that Rosemary is used in floral arrangements for remembrance and that the Manganese in Rosemary helps injuries to heal faster?
We will then get our hands dirty and arrange Herbs in two lovely tin pots to take home and enjoy! There will be a choice of Herbs for dry planting, such as Sweet Majoram, Oregano, Tarragon, Thyme, Chamomile, Sage, Dill, Rosemary etc. Or you can create a lively arrangement with more moist loving plants, such as Thai basil, Chervil, Chives, Parsley, Coriander , Basil etc. We will demonstrate how to propagate herbs, as well as explain companion planting. We will also discuss how best to look after your plants and explain which plants are best to grow outside. For example Lovage and Lemon Verbena can grow up to 2.5 meters tall!
To complete the evening, we will demonstrate flower arranging with Herbs and discuss edible flowers. It will be a fun event filled with flavour, fun, learning and a complimentary drink.

We always like to offer choice and individuality, so that everyone goes home with an arrangement that suits their needs and personality. There will be plenty of choice with a wide range of Herbs to choose from to combine in two beautiful tin pots to take home.

You won't just make a lovely living arrangement, but we will also teach you how to look after it. Plus, we make sure we choose the right plant for your conditions. This hugely increases the chance of survival! Lastly, we will tell you more about propogation, so you can create your own back up plants. You will be surprised what you can achieve!
